My passion is to speak in front of audiences, large or small, as I pass along the gift of wholeness and good health through such topics as stress reduction, being present, and abundant energy. Women’s organizations and the corporate milieu is where I spend most of my time. I have also been blessed to work at ESPN – the worldwide leader in sports – with numerous opportunities to speak in front of diverse audiences of all sizes.
